We are waiting to hear more, but via contact with a Fairfax Open Space Committee member, we have heard that MOST has bid on the property and made a down payment to preserve it. Details still need to be worked out with the County and other stakeholders, and the devil is in the details – but this is great news after years of pushing for progress.

ALSO: The Wall Property is agenda item #2 on the Fairfax Open Space Committee’s special meeting on Tuesday, December 5 at 7 p.m. at the Fairfax Women’s Club.
